Orders under $100.00 CAD are shipped within Canada for $15.00 CAD.
Due to the rising prices of international shipping, oversize overseas orders weighing between 1.0 – 2.0 kg are processed with an additional surcharge of $20.00 CAD. Oversize overseas orders 2.0 -4.0 kg are processed with an additional surcharge of $40.00 CAD. Oversize orders over 4.0 kg are processed with the actual shipping cost, which will be calculated and e-mailed to you.
All orders are shipped via Air Mail unless otherwise requested by you on your order.
Your order will be shipped the same or following business day. If you are in US or Canada you should receive it in 5 to 9 working days. For overseas orders Post Office does not guarantee delivery faster than 2 weeks but most of our overseas shipments are reaching the destination in 6-10 working days.
We can ship your package any way you desire, but if you are requesting different mode of shipping than Air Mail ( for example FedEx overnight service) you will have to cover extra charges respectively to what the shipping company will be charging us for the service of your choice.
Due to certain shipping regulations orders being shipped to Singapore and Africa may not exceed $200.00 CAD in value because there are no insured postal services to those countries. Orders from Singapore and Africa exceeding that value must have arranged a courier service and will be charged actual shipping costs quoted by UPS, FedEx or DHL.
When you place an order online, your personal information and credit card information are encrypted using SSL encryption technology before being sent over the Internet, making it virtually impossible for your information to be stolen or intercepted while being transferred to us. We use secure server which safeguards shopping transactions over the Internet by encoding information passing between computers at different locations. Using our secure server means that your credit card number, name, address, and other information is guarded as it travels to us. This is accomplished using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
You can be assured that your personal information will be kept confidential. We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or any other specific personal information.
We will gladly replace any item damaged during shipping or refund your original purchase price for that item when we receive your damaged products back to us. (Shipping cost of damaged product back to us will also be covered by us. Please ship damaged product back via Air or Regular Mail). Return packages shipped by FedEx, UPS and other couriers are automatically rejected and will not be received by us.
If the products are in original package and were not opened or used and you want to return them for any reason – you can send them back to us for a refund within 3 weeks of your purchase. Returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Also if your order was over $200.00 CAD and we paid for shipping of your package that shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer a money-back return policy for the products that were opened and used.
We are required by law to collect HST tax on all orders shipped to addresses in British Columbia, Canada and GST/HST tax only on all orders shipped to addresses in other Provinces in Canada. Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador are subject to their HST taxes.

Prices / Currencies
All shown prices are in the currency indicated in your shopping cart. However, regardless of your location and currency that you are shopping in, your VISA/MC account will be charged the converted amount in Canadian Dollars. We use an exchange rate that is very favorable for you so in most cases your charge should be actually lower then what your shopping cart indicated. If you see a discrepancy of more than 1% or over $2.00 CAD to your disadvantage, please do not hesitate to contact us with a request for adjustment. If you would like to convert Canadian Dollars to your currency, or your currency to Canadian Dollars, in order to see the approximate charge that will appear on your VISA/MC statement, then please use a currency converter
International customers from outside of North America will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. If you refuse the items at time of delivery you will still be charged for the shipping and the return charges. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for information about any duty and taxes that may be added. There are no duties, taxes or extra charges for orders shipped to USA.
All unclaimed or refused shipments returned to us by the postal service are subject to any “return way” shipping costs plus the exact original shipping charge that was paid by us to send the parcel. If any shipping costs were paid by the client, those costs will be deducted from any additional charges. We will contact you if your unclaimed package returns to us. All Post Office documents and invoices will be made available to you after logging into your account on our website. There are no restocking charges for unclaimed parcels.
